JSC "State Social Insurance Fund" informs that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Compulsory Social Insurance" dated December 26, 2019 No. 286-VІ, the maximum amount of the monthly object for calculating social contributions from one payer is 7 times the minimum wage (hereinafter - MW) established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget.

From January 01, 2022, the size of the MW is 60,000 tenge, respectively, the size of the monthly object of calculating social contributions from one payer should not exceed 420,000 tenge.

If the object of calculating social contributions for a calendar month is less than the MW established by the law on the republican budget and effective on January 1 of the corresponding financial year, then social contributions are calculated and paid based on the MW (in 2022 - 60,000 tenge).

The object for calculating the Unified Cumulative Payment (hereinafter referred to as the UCP) is:
- in cities of republican and regional significance, in the capital - 1-fold monthly calculation index (hereinafter - MCI);
- in other settlements - 0.5 times the MCI.

To pay the UCP, the amount of the MCI established by the law on the republican budget and effective as of January 1 of the corresponding financial year is applied.

In 2022: MCI = 3,063 tenge.
