There is the only shareholder as supreme authority of the Fund.

The rights and liabilities of the shareholder of the Fund established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan №415 -11 of 13 May 2003 «on Joint Stock Companies» considering the restrictions established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Compulsory Social Insurance».

The sole founder and participant of the Fund is the State represented by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2004 №237 “On the establishment of the State Social Insurance Fund Joint-Stock Company”, the ownership and use rights of the state-owned shareholding are transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
