At the Board of Directors of the joint-stock company "State Social Insurance Fund," two committees have been established: the Committee on Personnel, Remuneration, and Strategic Development, and the Audit Committee. All decisions made by these committees are recommendations that are forwarded for consideration to the Board of Directors.
